A. Cancellation policy for the purchase of goods (online shop)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer ( § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB ).

Note for our shop: Our products are individually manufactured using a print-on-demand process after you place your order. Once production of your custom-printed product has begun, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as these are custom-made goods.

If production has not yet started, you can of course exercise your right of withdrawal as described above.

B. Cancellation policy for blog memberships (digital content)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the membership agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract.

If you have requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the provider has begun performance of the contract after the customer has

has expressly agreed that the provider will begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
has confirmed his knowledge that by giving his consent he loses his right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance of the contract

( § 356 para. 5 BGB ).

Note: The contract is fulfilled immediately upon access to exclusive member content after membership is activated. If you agreed to immediate access and waived your right of withdrawal when you signed up for membership, this right expires upon access to the content.
